This survey is provided for available gospel musicians who wish to obtain a church job or position.  It provides you the opportunity to introduce yourself as a gospel musicians.  You can provide: 

1. The number of years you have as a church organist, minister of music, pianist, keyboardist, guitarist, worship and praise leader, sax player, bass player, vocalist and whatever position or positions you are qualified for.
2. Salary range expected
3. Tell  if you are seeking full-time or part-time employment
4. Tell whether you are willing to substitute or fill-in for a position
5. Provide information about other services, special occasions and events that you would be willing to accept.

By providing this information, those individuals or groups that are searching for gospel musicians for special occasions will want to consider you for their programs.
